Your monthly subscription includes:

Medications may include:

Complete and submit our secure online medical history form.
INITIAL LAB WORK
If approved by the physician, initial lab work will be conducted at one of our offices or at a lab facility local to you such as Quest or LabCorp.
SCHEDULE PHYSICAL
After the lab results have been reviewed, a consultation with a World-class expert physician will be scheduled.
